Solution 4. Change Registry Settings

Step 1. Open the Registry Editor window using the Run command and go to this path:

Step 2. Go to the Start DWORD and double click to make changes in it. In this window, change the Base to Hexadecimal and Value data to 2.

Step 4. Look for the Start registry entry, and here also change the Value data to 2 and Base to Hexadecimal.
